Great location, the room was spacious, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Plus, the breakfast was fantastic, with lots of options to choose from. And there were free parking spots just outside the hotel.

There were loud noises due to renovation works, and the room felt cold and uncomfortable, even though I tried to adjust the temperature but to no avail. It was frustrating to wake up to the banging of the workers.

The staff have been very welcoming and the service was excellent!

The transport connectivity. The counter staff are very helpful and willing to entertain our inquiries.

There are no halal food served at hotel. Please understand the concept of halal food. A lot of people misunderstood that halal food means "pork- free". It is not. I notice not many Muslims at your hotel. So suffice to have at least one vegetarian dish or seafood dish per day if it is not viable to have a halal meat dish.

The hotel is in a convenient location near the train station, making it easy to explore the city. the staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home. the rooms were clean and well-maintained.

The lack of amenities provided.

As for internet it's worse than in a 3rd world country. They usually have better arrangements! Check out time seems to be 11 am and according to them this is "very normal"...... Once you have bought an expensive internet access, be aware, after 11 am, no chance to get online anymore if you are not staying anymore. Internet in the lobby costs a whole € 2,- per 15 mins!!!! ...... If you are a tea drinker, either don't or do it early, early in the morning. For once the water is ok, but it's made at 6, by 9 it's impossible to draw tea of the luke warm water..... :/

Breakfast is excellent. The location is also very good for business travelers.

The hotel was located in a fantastic spot! We were able to walk to all the key tourist attractions, which was great during the busy holiday season. the room we were given had a really spacious and well-equipped bathroom. It was definitely a plus that we didn't need to worry about things like hot water and towels. The breakfast was also amazing, with a lot of variety and tasty options to choose from.

The staff wasn't always knowledgeable or attentive to guests' needs. We had some trouble getting information on certain activities and amenities and the drilling noise from construction was somewhat of a nuisance.

Certain parts of the room were very dusty- sill above the bed. Noisey room next to a main road and hardly any space to move around the room due to the extra bed put up for our son- thought we might've been given a slightly larger room because of the extra bed

Lack of internet (free of charge) access. For me, as traveler of another country it was impossible to manage even the wi-fi available connection.

Great location close to the central station and everything we needed. Clean and airy room with a fantastic shower. Above-average breakfast with a variety of hot and cold options. Staff provided an iron and stored luggage securely.
